The Company specialises in preparing and conducting investment processes related to the construction of wind farms, also in the turnkey system. The scope of ENOR services includes design works, carrying out the administrative procedures required by law related to the construction of wind farms and obtaining necessary approvals and decisions, carrying out formal and legal arrangements, conducting construction and assembly works as well as surveying services. ENOR provides professional project management and supervises investment projects in the form of construction and investor supervision in the field of construction, building, road and electrical works.

WIND FARMS

As part of the implementation of investment processes related to the construction of wind farms in the turnkey system, ENOR offers such services as:

assessment of the energy potential of the area, including the initial audit of the raw material suppliers, the type of available raw material and the possibility of contracting,
designing a preliminary location with resource analysis and technology selection,
execution of a financial plan,
calculation of electricity and heat production,
investor’s supervision, management of construction works and formal and legal support of the investment at every stage of its implementation, up to obtaining a building permit, development of change to the local spatial management plan and handling of administrative procedures,
verification of connection possibilities and obtaining connection conditions,
carrying out the procedure of obtaining building conditions,
conducting the procedure for obtaining technical conditions for connection to the power grid and signing the connection agreement,
preparation and development of technical documentation,
conducting the contract conclusion procedure and obtaining a license for the sale and collection of electricity,

The implementation of wind farm projects by ENOR includes a number of such elements as:

preparation of project documentation, schedules and project development plans,
controlling the preparation of the study of conditions and directions of spatial development and local spatial development plans,
negotiations with turbine suppliers,
preparation of project development schedules and plans.

ENOR also carries out complete construction projects as part of its operations, including architectural and construction projects (road, construction), energy, executive and workshop projects, land development projects and detailed designs) necessary to obtain a building permit for individual wind power plants, wind farms, measuring masts, photovoltaic installations or biogas facilities.

Assessment of the selected area for suitability for a wind farm including such elements as: purchase of cartographic materials (topographic maps, cadastral maps, aerial/satellite photos), processing of cartographic materials (calibration of topographic and cadastral maps and vectorisation of record parcels), field visit, photographic documentation , updating cartographic materials with existing obstacles in the field, report.
Arrangement of turbines in a wind park—which consists of a number of elements such as: field visit, purchase of cartographic materials, processing of cartographic materials, calibration of topographic and cadastral maps and vectorisation of record plots, arrangement of indicated wind turbines (company, model) on background map according to applicable rules in the WindPRO software, preparation of variants of turbine placement depending on the adopted parameters, preparation of a numerical terrain model and terrain roughness map in the WindPRO software, analysis of the impact of noise generated by a wind farm on the neighbouring area in the DECIBEL module of the WindPRO software, report.
Assessment of the selected area for suitability for the investment including such elements as: ordering cartographic materials (topographic maps, cadastral maps, aerial/satellite photos), processing of cartographic materials (calibration of topographic and cadastral maps and vectorization of record parcels), field visit, photographic documentation , updating cartographic materials with existing obstacles in the field, report.
Preparing a noise report for the planned turbine location for the indicated turbine model, starting from organisation and carrying out of a field visit, through the purchase of cartographic materials and their processing, calibration of topographic and cadastral maps and vectorization of record plots, preparation of a numerical terrain model in the WindPRO software to the execution of analysis of the impact of noise generated by a wind turbine on the neighbouring area in the DECIBEL module of the WindPRO software and preparation of the report.
Performing an analysis of wind conditions for a given area based on measurement data provided by the client, including such elements as: field visit, purchase of cartographic materials, processing of cartographic materials, calibration of topographic maps, preparation of a numerical terrain model and terrain roughness map, wind measurement analysis in the WindPRO software using the METEO module.
Processing of cartographic materials including calibration and vectorisation of topographic and cadastral maps, aerial photographs and satellite images.
Preparation of the environmental report.

WIND MEASUREMENTS

ENOR provides comprehensive services in the field of activities related to wind measurement, including the preparation of professional wind farm documentation, but also development in the wind turbine manufacturers sector. ENOR’s measurement campaigns are carried in accordance with the applicable IEC standards and other standards in force on the market.
